The Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors is seeking ALTERNATES for the ZONING HEARING BOARD.

A Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) in a Pennsylvania second class township is a quasi‑judicial body created under the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC). Its job is to act as an independent decision‑maker on zoning matters separate from the Board of Supervisors, ensuring fairness and due process.

The Zoning Hearing board hears Variance requests and decides on Special Exceptions.
