Facility rentals are available to residents for $125 and non-residents for $150 and must conclude by 12:00 midnight. Out of state rentals are prohibited at this time. A $150 security deposit is required for each rental. Weddings/Receptions require a $300 rental fee and $300 security deposit. Smoking and Alcohol are strictly prohibited on premises.

Facility Rental includes use of the Community Room that can hold a maximum of 100 guests, use of tables and chairs, the kitchen area (equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, and toaster), 2 restrooms, and the lobby area.

Please see contract for complete terms and conditions. A release and waiver of all claims of injury must be completed and submitted with each contract.
Booking ahead is recommended, especially if a date is desired during the Holiday Season or Summer months.
