Municipal Lein Letters

Municipal Lien Letter Requests cost $40 per parcel. They do NOT include water, sewage, or garbage. Dye tests are NOT required by the Township. If your financing company requires a dye test, contact the Washington County Sewage Council at 724-223-0504.
