Mr. Alfieri comes to the Township Office once per week to process permits, usually Wednesdays, but is available via phone for questions and concerns regarding permitting. Same day approval is not guaranteed; the time frame depends on the type of permit, information required/missing, and inspection procedures. All permits must be paid for prior to receipt.

If you have a question as to whether a home project requires a Township permit, please don’t hesitate to call the Township Office or Mr. Alfieri. If you complete a project without proper permitting, such as a swimming pool, a $100 fee for failure to obtain a permit will be accessed along with the necessary permit fees.
