LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301 to hear the following:

To hear the petition of Range Resources Appalachia, LLC, located at 3000 Town Center Blvd., Canonsburg, Pennsylvania 15317, who is requesting a Conditional Use for an Expansion project of 0.75 ac. to accommodate additional oil & gas wells located at 600 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301, and identified as Parcel I.D. Numbers 060-012-00-00-0037-00 and 060-012-00-00-0037-12

Interested persons may appear at the aforementioned hearing to offer testimony in favor of or opposition of the Conditional Use. Only attorneys are permitted to represent individuals before the Board.  A property owner is permitted to represent themselves at the hearing.  Pertinent records may be inspected prior to the hearing at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building.
