EFFECTIVE MARCH 5, 2026, RENTALS ARE RESTRICTED TO BUFFALO TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS ONLY

Facility Rentals are available to Residents Only for $300 and must conclude by 12:00 midnight. A $150 security deposit is required for each rental. A total $450 upfront payment made by check payable to Buffalo Township is due at time of contract completion and to hold the date selected.

Facility Rentals include use of the Community Room (37 x 58) that can hold a maximum of 100 guests, use of tables and chairs, highchairs, radio/CD player, the kitchen area (equipped with a new stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, microwave, new glass-top stove, toaster, coffee maker and fully stocked drawers and cupboards), 2 restrooms (baby changing station), the lobby area, and an ample parking lot. To prevent overloading the outlets near the kitchen area, it is recommended that sterno pans be utilized with proper supervision. All tables utilized during the the rental must be covered by a plastic, paper, or cloth cover.

NOT ALLOWED: Rentals over holidays, wedding/receptions, bounce houses, alcohol and drugs, smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes), pets, and any decorations attached to the walls, ceilings, window blinds,  floors or put up with tape/thumbtacks. Suggested decorations are free standing balloon arches, backdrop stands, weighted balloons, and table centerpieces.

REQUIRED PAPERWORK: Completed Contract, Signed release and waiver of all claims of injury, Signed acknowledgement of cleaning protocols, and Check made out to Buffalo Township for $450 ($300 Rental + $150 Security).
