NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the provisions of the Agricultural Area Security Law (Act 43 of 1981) a public hearing will be held by the Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors on December 29, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. at the Township Municipal Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301. The purpose of the hearing is for the Board of Supervisors to consider all recommendations and comments of the Washington County Planning Commission, as well as comments from the public involving the proposed addition to the Township Agricultural Security Area for two (2) properties of Jullian B. Gallegos and Patricia A. Gallegos, husband and wife, with parcel ID# 060-015-00-00-0013-05 containing 31.2 acres and parcel ID# 060-015-00-00-0013-18 containing 15.1 acres.  After consideration of the proposal, recommendation and any comments offered at the hearing, the Township may adopt or modify the proposal.  The proposal is available for inspection at the Township Building during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).  A copy of the notice is posted at the Township Building and at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, PA 15301.
