NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the Penna. Uniform Construction Code; Act 45 of 1999, the Buffalo Township UCC Board of Appeals will hear an appeal of Markwest Liberty Midstream and Resources, LLC for a requested variance and seeking relief from the International Building Code 2018 (IBC), Chapter 9, Section 903.2.5.1 General, which provides:   “An automatic sprinkler shall be installed in Group H occupancies.”  The hearing on this appeal will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in the Buffalo Township Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, PA 15301.
