PUBLIC HEARING FOR ZONING AMENDMENT – 1/5/22

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Buffalo Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a public hearing and intends to consider for adoption at a meeting to be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301, the following Ordinance:

 AN ORDINANCE OF BUFFALO TOWNSHIP AMENDING THE BUFFALO TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE BY CHANGING THE SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS FROM THIRTY (30) FEET TO FIFTEEN (15) FEET AND THE REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS FROM FIFTY (50) FEET TO THIRTY (30) FEET FOR THE  DISTRICT DESIGNATED AS RURAL AGRICULTURAL (A-R) AND BY CHANGING THE REAR YARD REQUIREMENT FROM THIRTY-FIVE (35) FEET TO THIRTY (30) FEET FOR THE DISTRICT DESIGNATED AS SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (S-R).

A copy of this Ordinance may be examined by any citizen at the Office of the Secretary/Treasurer of Buffalo Township, during regular business hours and the Law Library in the Washington County Courthouse, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and the Observer Reporter, each day until adoption.
