The Bufalo Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 6:30p.m. at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, 15301.  This is to consider an application for conditional use from Range Resources for the proposed use of storage and transfer of reuse associated with the development and extraction of natural gas, oil, and gas liquid for property with an address of 2800 S. Bridge Road, Washington, PA 15301.  The property is currently zoned A&R rural agricultural district.  A copy of the application is available for public review at the Township located at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building, 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, PA 15301.  The public is invited to attend the hearing on the question of the issuance of the requested conditional use application and to ask questions and/or voice their concerns at the time of the hearing.
