Range Resources/Leavitt Bruce Tank Pad Conditional Use

On May 30, 2023, a public hearing took place regarding Range Resources’ application for a Conditional Use for a proposed use of storage and transfer of reuse associated with the development and extraction of natural gas, oil, and gas-liquid for the property with the address of 2800 S. Bridge Road, Washington, PA 15301. The parcel ID number is 060-012-00-00-0042-00, owned by Bruce and Kathleen Leavitt, currently zoned R-A, rural agricultural.

Please take notice that at the regular Board of Supervisors meeting on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Buffalo Township Building, 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, PA 15301, the Supervisors will take action and make a decision to either approve or deny the Leavitt Bruce Conditional Use. Range Resources has granted the Township (2) extensions to allow in-depth discussion and consideration by the Buffalo Township Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors and a decision must be made on August 2, 2023.
