LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301 to hear the following:

To hear the petition of Range Resources-Appalachia, LLC, located at 3000 Town Center Blvd., Canonsburg, PA  15317 who is requesting a Conditional Use for a Natural Gas Development – Well Site located at 697 Kelly Road, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301, and identified as Parcel I.D. Numbers 060-002-00-00-0013-00 and 060-002-00-00-0012-00.

Interested persons may appear at the aforementioned hearing to offer testimony in favor of or opposition of the Conditional Use.  Only attorneys are permitted to represent individuals before the Board.  A property owner is permitted to represent themselves at the hearing.  Pertinent records may be inspected prior to the hearing at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building.
