PUBLIC NOTICE

The Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 31, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Buffalo Township Municipal Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301.  This is to consider an application for a conditional use from Range Resources Corporation and Subsidiaries for the purpose of drilling wells on property located off of Kelley Road (T-527), Buffalo Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania with Parcel ID Numbers 060-002-00-00-0012-00 (owned by Thomas W. Mather & Christian Kail) and 060-002-00-00-0013-00 (Dennis & Avril Wylie 2020 Revocable Living Trust).  The properties are currently zoned A-R rural agricultural.  A copy of the application is available and may be examined at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building, 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301.  All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing on the question of the issuance of the request conditional use approval and ask questions or voice concerns thereof. This meeting will be to conduct essential business only and may proceed in a modified manner and no business will be conducted that is not on the agenda.

The Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Planning Commission Meeting on January 31, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the Buffalo Township Municipal Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301 regarding the aforementioned Conditional Use request from Range Resources and subsidiaries.  This meeting will be to conduct essential business only and may proceed in a modified manner and no business will be conducted that is not on the agenda.
