TAKE NOTICE that the Buffalo Township Zoning Hearing Board will, on August 3, 2021, at 5:00 p.m., consider a Variance Application of A&E Auto for installation of a Business Sign within a road right of way at property located at Green Valley Road and Julian Road, Claysville, PA 15323. The Zoning Hearing Board will also consider, on the same date, August 3, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. an Appeal of Ten Mile Land Development, LLC from a cease and desist order issued by the Buffalo Township Zoning Officer regarding use of the premises for property located at 4185 SR 40, Washington, PA 15301.

Copies of the Application and Appeal can be obtained from the Buffalo Township Municipal Offices located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, PA 15301 (Phone: 724-222-2711) where the hearing will be held.

The public is invited to attend the hearing and persons with standing may provide comment and/or testimony.
