PUBLIC NOTICE

The Buffalo Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, 15301. This is to consider an application for a Use Variance for TIMOTHY E & KANDICE HARRISON for the proposed use of a Laydown Yard for the property with an address of 1306 N SUNSET BEACH RD, Claysville PA 15323, Parcel ID Number 060-009-00-00-0009-00. The property is currently zoned Rural Agricultural. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing to ask questions or voice concerns. A copy of the application is available and may be examined at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building.
