PUBLIC NOTICE

The Buffalo Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, 15301. This is to consider a Special Exception and Variance application for Stanley Marchetti Jr for the proposed use of a kennel located at the address of 364 HIGHLAND RIDGE RD, Claysville PA 15323, Parcel ID Number 060-010-00-00-0042-00. §265-52. C states- A kennel, as defined herein, shall be permitted in any zoning district as a special exception provided that the minimum requirements of this chapter, § 265-23F, are met. The variance is to seek relief from §265-23F minimum setback of 200ft from all property lines. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing to ask questions or voice concerns. A copy of the application is available and may be examined at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building.
