This is to consider an application for a Use Variance for Thomas and Sandra Laurine for the proposed use of a Laydown Yard for the property with an address of 4180/4184 State Route 40, Claysville PA 15323, Parcel ID Number 060-008-00-00-0001-00. The property is currently zoned Highway Commercial and Rural Agricultural. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing to ask questions or voice concerns.
