PUBLIC NOTICE

The Buffalo Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 28, at 5:00 p.m. at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, 15301.

This is to consider an application for a variance for JENNIFER RUSSELL for the proposed use of an indoor playground after-school facility within the existing garage for the property with an address of 4434 STATE ROUTE 40, CLAYSVILLE, PA 15323, Parcel ID Number 060-007-00-00-0020-00. The subject property is located in the R-A Zoning District.

All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing to ask questions or voice concerns. A copy of the application is available and may be examined at the Buffalo Township Municipal Building.
