RE: JUNE 19, 2023 PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSAL TO AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE AND MAP

The Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission have taken all public comments and concerns into consideration. At the July 5^th BOS meeting, it was decided that at this time, there will be no proposal for the expansion of current Zoning districts. However, further investigation and discussion will be had with those who own properties with split/multiple Zoning districts. Those affected will receive further communication from the Township and/or Harshman Group.

A copy of the minutes from the July 5^th BOS meeting is available under the “Meetings and Agendas” tab and a copy can also be requested to be picked up, mailed,

or e-mailed by contacting the Office.
