PUBLIC NOTICE

The Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors are accepting proposals for the position of Solicitor for the Buffalo Township Zoning Hearing Board.  The firm or individual must be able to demonstrate professional experience with the application of Pennsylvania Land Use and Zoning Law.  Proposals will be accepted by Buffalo Township until February 2, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at the office of Buffalo Township located at located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301.  Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Buffalo Township Zoning Hearing Board Solicitor” and include seven (7) copies of a Letter of Interest, Resume and Proposed Fee.  Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be considered.   The Proposals will be opened on February 2, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at their regular meeting.  Public is welcome to attend and provide questions and/or comments.
