PUBLIC NOTICE

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors, located in Washington County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing and intend to consider for adoption at a meeting on Tuesday, April 15 at 6:30 p.m., an amendment to the official Township Zoning Map as were fully set forth in the Buffalo Township Zoning Ordinance in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (“MPC”). This meeting will be held at the Buffalo Township Municipal Office Building located at 400 Buffalo Center Lane, Washington, PA 15301, United States, Pennsylvania. The amendment is to:

Copies of this Ordinance may be examined by any citizen at the Office of the Secretary/Treasurer of Buffalo Township (400 Buffalo Center Lane) during regular business hours, the Observer Reporter and the Law Library in the Washington County Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania each day until adoption.

 

Once the public hearing has concluded, the Board will consider for adoption the amendment to the Zoning Map as more fully set forth in the Township Zoning Ordinance.
